This happens when the Windows user name has a special character. Example: C/1-@User/Desktop. 2. The second alternative would be to turn on "Windows Management Instrumentation". How do I turn on Windows Management Instrumentation? Quote 1. Open "Run": Press the "Windows + R" key on your keyboard to open the "Run" dialog box. 2. Type "services.msc": In the "Run" dialog box, type "services.msc" (without the quotes) and click "OK." This will open the "Services" window. 3. Locate the "Windows Management Instrumentation" service: In the "Services" window, scroll down and look for the service named "Windows Management Instrumentation." 4. Check the service status: Check if the service status is set to "Stopped" or "Disabled." If it is "Stopped," you will need to enable it. 5. Enable the service: Right-click on the "Windows Management Instrumentation" service and select "Properties." 6. Set the startup type: In the properties window, go to the "General" tab. Under "Startup type," choose "Automatic" from the dropdown menu. This will ensure the service starts automatically with the system. 7. Start the service: After setting the startup type, click the "Start" button in the same window to start the service. 8. Confirm the changes: Click "Apply" and then "OK" to save the changes.
