Purchase days error

Hello , i did a 2nd purchase but for some reason while at forum it says i have 7 days... in the app it shows me 2-3 why is that ? can anyone fix it?

Did you make the purchase before the first sub finished?

Edited: If so, I believe you need to wait for the first sub to finish to use the second one.

i made the first purchase and dit finished but i canceled renewal n any case , then i purchased a 2nd one and now iit shows me i have 1 day + while normally i have 5 i think left , what i do ? will i be compensated?

Wait for the sub to finish and then check your Manage Your Purchases profile
