Script guide?

I don't know how to use script properly because there are no guides, as vayne i usually use lane clear key to target minions and champs and it works great but when im chasing enemies to their inhib It Will autotarget the inhib and it is frustrating. Someone can tell me which key i should use and how to configure It for vayne for example.
